Being Active In Your Home Business
Achieving success in a business working from home is not the hard part, what determines your success is your motives behind achieving that level of success. Unless you do what the successful people who run a business working from home do, then you may be doomed to failure.
A business is like a tree. You plant a seed, and water for a long, long time before ever seeing the tree bare fruit. This is exactly how business is. Success in business simply takes time.
::: The seed - an idea ::: Planting a seed requires planting it in good solid soil, to stop the seed being washed away. Same as your business, you must plant your business in the right way to achieve success. It probably is best to sum this up as planting your idea in rock, so it is in a position of a strong foundation. A strong foundation is what keeps your business alive, long into the future. So you have an idea for a business. This is only the seed, and to see a tree, will need a lot of work. Sorry to say, for those who want it easy, the ease only comes after the work.
::: Active and passive principle :::
95% are passive (they watch TV), 5% active (behind the screen, active in life, producers).
5% of people watch max 5hrs TV per week, 95% watch TV more than 10hrs per week.
5% during television primetime produce something which will make them rich, 95% watch TV making others rich!
100% goal set in one form or another. 95% measure there desired targets once each year (i.e. new years resolution). 5% write and measure targets regularly (2-3% achieve desired targets making it a 45-70% chance of attaining your target).
I could go on and on with this divide.
::: Being active in your business working from home ::: Watering the ground where a seed is planted, for a long time results in a seedling. This is same as your business. If you want a business which functions from day one, you will need to take a look at other options. The fact remains, you need to constantly tend to your business before seeing any results.
Most people will look after the business, at least for a while. The majority will give up before the seed sprouts above the ground. Still many more will give up before the seedling grows into a tree.
Achieving success in business is not a hard thing, it is only hard if you make it. This is why you must start a business you like the idea of. Remember, the whole joy comes through the progress from seed to harvest, not the other way around. This is why many will fail in a business working from home.
I beg you to differ. Do something that you like, than tending to your business will be easier. You will become like me and many people who simply love being in business. Can it get hard being in business? Of course it can. Are there times when you simply want to give up? Of course there are. However, knowing your why you are in business in the first place will help you. Money is only a 2 minute joy, give your why a bigger reason.
