Charles E. Rice, III, founder of Rice Law, PLLC, served as District Court Judge of New Hanover County for fourteen years and has practiced law in North Carolina for thirty-five years. “Having a new firm gives us the ability to better serve our clients on a more expansive basis” says Rice. Rice established the Law Firm of Charles E. Rice, III in order to help New Hanover residents with all aspects of family law including marital agreements, separation, divorce, child custody, support and property division.
Mark Spencer Williams, a nationwide Education attorney and North Carolina Family and Real Property attorney, is a former University of North Carolina at Wilmington Director of Financial Aid & Veterans Services. Williams has fourteen years experience with helping colleges and universities administer billions in federal student aid throughout the nation and is a recent graduate of the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University where he was an Articles Editor of the Law Review.
